This is the first post of the Terra Nova Observatory and Workshop.

When I was a boy, I dreamed of having a treehouse with a telescope sticking out of it to watch the stars at night, and to have tons of gadgets bursting out of the walls with gauges and switches that did who-knows-what.

As an adult, I don’t have a treehouse, or beeping machines with mysterious gauges, but I do have an old telescope from elementary school times that my parents bought for me as a kid.  That’s a start.  🙂

I also wanted a place to tinker and build who-knows-what.  Maybe something will be created and featured here at some point.
